The Sargent Choice Healthy Food and Education program was designed by Dr. Stacey Zawacki and her [...]team of registered dietitians at the Sargent Choice Nutrition Center to facilitate healthy eating practices at Boston University. Dr. Zawacki discusses the evolution of the program from a line of healthy baked goods in 2004, to the multi-level, integrated program of intensive counseling, population education, and environmental change it is today.
Hosted by Boston University College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences: Sargent College, this presentation was a part of an online, virtual conference, “Health Mattersâ€, which took place on September 17, 2015.
