Boston University Initiative for Literacy Development (BUILD) 20th Anniversary Video

Boston University Initiative for Literacy Development (BUILD) is an educational program that employs [...]and trains BU work-study students who tutor elementary school children in Boston Public Schools, developing their literacy and math skills. As part of BUILD’s 20th anniversary celebration, this short video was produced to highlight the program’s accomplishments and the successful partnership between Boston University and the Boston Public Schools. BUILD is supported by the Federal Work-Study Program and is collaboratively operated by Boston University’s School of Education, Office of Financial Assistance and Student Employment Office.
