What is ChatGPT? What will the future of AI text generation be like? How can a university formulate [...]ethical policies to incorporate the reality of ChatGPT into teaching? These questions and more were answered at the February 23, 2023 “Learning to Think after ChatGPT” panel discussion hosted by BU Faculty of Computing & Data Sciences.
The event welcomed over 120 attendees and featured Najoung Kim, Boston University College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) Professor of Linguistics and of Computer Science, and Wesley Wildman, Boston University School of Theology Professor of Philosophy, Theology, and Ethics and BU Computing & Data Sciences (CDS) Professor of Computing & Data Sciences. Mark Crovella, CAS Professor of Computer Science and CDS Professor of Computing & Data Sciences, moderated the discussion.
