<description><![CDATA[Scott Solberg, the Associate Dean of Research and a professor at Boston University School of Education, introduced the MICCR Project Management System. The Project Management System is designed to ensure that participating district teams work collaboratively to decide on their projectâ€™s goals, activities, and tasks, as well as on an evaluation and research strategy. It also serves as a tool to assist teams in carrying out their projects, from design to implementation, while evaluating and conducting research along the way.
