<description><![CDATA[This talk highlights multi-disciplinary care of persons with concussion at Boston Universityâ€™s Ryan Center for Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation. The Ryan Center houses physicians specializing in family medicine, sports medicine, and orthopedics, as well as the Boston University Physical Therapy Center, Athletic Training services, and the Sargent Choice Nutrition Center. The panel highlights each disciplineâ€™s approach to care of persons with concussion and the full recovery of these patients. Cases studies demonstrate the clinical pathway patients encounter and highlights acute management, chronic presentations, and the intricacies involved.

Hosted by Boston University College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences: Sargent College, this presentation was a part of an online, virtual conference, â€œHealth Mattersâ€, which took place on September 17, 2015.]]></description>
