Obituary

Steven Moustakas, a member of the Buildings and Grounds staff since 1983, died on June 13. He was 65.

The native of Somerville, Mass., spent 11 of his 16 years at Boston University at the School of Law, where he is fondly remembered by the many students, professors, and members of the staff and administration who knew him.

"Steve Moustakas and I were close friends for 43 years," says Earle Cooley (LAW'57), chairman of the BU Board of Trustees. "He was a good, kind, and decent man, who had an extraordinarily contagious sense of humor that affected everyone around him. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and a very dear friend. I, and so many others, miss him very much."

He is survived by his wife, Adrienne, as well as his mother, his sister, three daughters, and five grandchildren.
