The Boston University women's varsity fours
(pictured) were among nearly 6,000 rowers competing
in front of more than 300,000 spectators at the
Head of the Charles regatta's championship races on
October 18. The eight-member BU women's freshman
boat captured the top U.S. youth ranking, finishing
second overall behind St. Catherine's Rowing Club
