Hot weekend for new plays in Boston

It’s a hot weekend for new plays in Boston! Moonbox Productions’ Boston New Works Festival (thru June 23) features productions by playwright alums Rick Park (Knock Down, Drag Out) and Kira Rockwell (Holy Chicken Sandwich) on the mainstage, plus readings by third-year MFA playwrights Maggie Kearnan (How to Not Save the World with Mr. Bezos, a collaboration with us at BPT—we’ll produce the play this fall) and Tina Esper (State of Maine). The event also includes work by writers (whose work you may have seen on BPT stages): Jared Eberlein, Angele Maraj, John Minigan, Brianna Pierre, and Cassie M. Seinuk.

Congratulations and break legs, everyone!
