{"id":2391,"date":"2020-09-16T14:32:34","date_gmt":"2020-09-16T18:32:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/bpba\/?page_id=2391"},"modified":"2026-05-18T10:51:26","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T14:51:26","slug":"stage-2-annual-confirmations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/bpba\/budget-planning\/stage-2-annual-confirmations\/","title":{"rendered":"Stage II: Annual Confirmation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"col1\" class=\"main\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"content-panel\" id=\"post-322\">\n<p>Stage II begins with a memo and notification indicating that the Board has approved and the University has a Trustee approved Budget.\u00a0 Once this is confirmed, the process of realigning the approved funds will begin.\u00a0 There are two steps to be completed:<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Confirm Budget<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Confirm Position Budget alignment<\/p>\n<p>All realignments requested must be submitted by Wednesday, July 22nd<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>in order to be properly reflected in the next Stage I process.
