Ave., Room 299 or <a href=\"mailto:chemeval@bu.edu\">chemeval@bu.edu<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Study Abroad Credits:<\/p>\n<p>For BU Study Abroad Programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Biology courses:<span> To request study abroad courses be counted toward your major, use the Department Petition on the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/biology\/academic\/undergrad\/ug-forms\/\"><span>Biology Forms<\/span><\/a><span> webpage. You must submit a full syllabus for each course (lecture and lab topics\/schedule, textbook info., etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Chemistry courses: check with the Chemistry Undergraduate Program Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For Outside Study Abroad Programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/abroad\/find-programs\/for-bu-students-only\/external-programs\/receiving-credits\/\">Transfer Credit Approval Process<\/a><span> webpage for detailed instructions on how to transfer credits from your study abroad program.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: You will want to receive approval for study abroad courses <em>before<\/em> going abroad to confirm that your courses will count toward your major.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer Credit Appeal<\/p>\n<p>If you feel there has been a mistake in the evaluation of your transfer course, fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/biology\/files\/2016\/06\/transfer-credit-appeal-form.pdf\">Transfer Credit Appeal Form<\/a>. Submit the form and the course syllabus to the appropriate BU department.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: Transfer course evaluations are carefully considered.
