The regulation of gene expression during cell state transitions is a complex and tightly controlled molecular process. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One potential central regulator of myogenesis is the Dlk1-Dio3 ncRNA locus, the largest known mammalian cluster of ncRNAs.
