Kunz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0is a Professor of Marketing and director of the digital media lab at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. His research interests are in AI, robots, digital &amp; social media, social networks, innovation, and service research. His work has been published, amongst others, in the\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Retailing,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">British Journal of Management, Journal of Medical Internet Research, Journal of Business Research<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Journal of Service Management<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Computational Statistics<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0and was awarded multiple times.
