Bruce Tracey<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> serves as the Editor of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cornell Hospitality Quarterly<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and is the Kenneth and Marjorie Professor of Human Resource Management Cornell University&#8217;s School of Hotel Administration. He has taught courses in human resources management for undergraduate, graduate, and professional audiences throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, and he has won several awards for his efforts.
