Sean is based out of the headquarters office in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Cuthbertson was previously a senior commercial appraiser with M&amp;T Bank where he completed internal review assignments on a wide range of property types, managed the execution and delivery of various portfolio appraisal projects and performed quarterly market research for decision making purposes by senior management.\u00a0 While at M&amp;T, Sean also served on multiple advisory committees responsible for developing and improving internal processes and procedures as well as the risk division\u2019s training and continuing education program.
