I&#8217;m Justin. I am a junior studying Neuroscience and Music on the Pre-Med track(it gets busy sometimes, but it&#8217;s enjoyable). I&#8217;ve been playing trumpet for over ten years now and joined BU Bands as a Freshman in 2024. Along with the trumpet, I&#8217;ve also been playing the piano since I was six years old, starting lessons when I was nine (around the same time when I started playing the trumpet!!). Outside of Band, I have volunteered a bit at Tufts Medical Center and am currently looking to begin a research project for the Computational Neuroscience and Vision Lab. I like to create art in many ways (drawing, painting, crafting), journal down my thoughts and feelings,  play video games sometimes (Minecraft is one of my favs), and enjoy a nice sunny day relaxing!<\/p>\n<p><b>What is your favorite part of being a band member? <\/b> Not only do I get to keep playing my instrument to express myself in ways I normally can&#8217;t with words, but I also get to be around other band members who truly support each other.
