Data Governance at Boston University<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Data Enablement Program<\/a> assembles subject matter experts from across Boston University to review, organize, and advise on processes and policies around the availability, usability, and integrity of university data. <\/span><\/p>\n

Data Trustees and Content Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n

Questions about data access and appropriate use can be directed to AS&IR or to the Data Executive or Data Trustee<\/a> for each data area.<\/p>\n

BU Data Trustees are <\/span>responsible <\/span>for the accuracy, integrity and privacy of <\/span>university <\/span>data.<\/span> Trustees r<\/span>eview requests for access to sensitive data, make decisions on <\/span>granting access, and review approvals on an ongoing basis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
