This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with theater and film artists while contributing to the strategy and execution of social media content across platforms.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create engaging social media content (Reels, clips, etc.) using both new and archival video and photo materials<\/li>\n<li>Help develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across Cozy Arts platforms<\/li>\n<li>Capture and create content from ongoing developmental work and behind-the-scenes processes<\/li>\n<li>Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and audience engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interest in arts marketing, communications, or audience development<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating content for social media platforms (especially Instagram)<\/li>\n<li>Eye for visual detail and consistency in branding (images and copy)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar<\/li>\n<li>Organized, proactive, and responsive, with the ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Bonus, but not required \u2013 interest in puppetry, new media, and\/or arts education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL GAIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience in digital marketing within a working theater\/media company<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio-ready content and campaign experience<\/li>\n<li>Direct collaboration with professional artists during a project launch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Flexible hours, mutually agreed upon based on timelines and schedules.
