Additionally, full-time staff attend\/staff up to 20 events per year.<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing and scheduling all studio programs, including children\u2019s classes, adult classes, rehearsals, special events, and rentals<\/li>\n<li>Primary responsibility for the management of the Cambridge campuses, including:<\/li>\n<li>Responding timely to inquiries from new and existing students<\/li>\n<li>Creating strategy for growth of the school through marketing and promotions (with the Marketing Associate)<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and stewarding partnerships around school programs<\/li>\n<li>Planning all school activities and other programs as needed, including Open Houses, Spring Repertory Concerts, YouthWorks, Year<\/li>\n<li>End Demonstration, and student participation in festival<\/li>\n<li>Managing the scholarship program and collecting tuition and fees<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling and supervising pianists, teachers, work-study students, interns, and maintenance staff<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating faculty &#8211; parent interaction<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Maintaining attendance records<\/li>\n<li>Administering evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and supporting the scheduling and developing quarterly faculty meetings<\/li>\n<li>Tracking metrics as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Implementing, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<p>Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a background in dance and dance education, enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment and excel as a member of a team.
