Develops and implements the Arts program business plan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Develops and oversees year-long programming for the IBA Arts Program, including flagship summer events: Festival Betances and Tito Puente Latin Music Series.<br \/>\n&#8211; Develops arts placemaking activities and initiatives in La CASA and Villa Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>Partnership and Collaboration<br \/>\n&#8211; Fosters arts and cultural relationships to cultivate external partnerships and collaborations.<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintains partnerships with local colleges, organizations, and artists to help produce high-caliber arts programming.<br \/>\n&#8211; Works collaboratively with IBA Program Directors and the Chief Program Officer (CPO) to integrate arts into IBA\u2019s programs.<br \/>\n&#8211; Collaborates with IBA\u2019s staff to promote programmatic objectives within our organizational mission.<br \/>\n&#8211; Collaborates with the communications department to promote the program and events<\/p>\n<p>Reporting and Data Management<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintains data collection, tracking, and reporting regarding artists, clients, audience participation, referrals, and program outputs\/outcomes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prepares necessary management reports for IBA\u2019s Board of Directors, funding sources, Finance, and others as needed.<\/p>\n<p>Financial Oversight and Revenue Generation<br \/>\n&#8211; Ensures contracting and outsourcing compliance with financial, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to licenses.<br \/>\n&#8211; Develops, implements, and oversees strategies to increase revenue through space rentals and ticket sales.<br \/>\n&#8211; Works closely with IBA\u2019s CEO, COO, CFO, and Chief Program Officer to build a realistic and sustainable budget and develop specific performance measures.<br \/>\n&#8211; Works with the Chief Program Officer and Chief Philanthropy Officer to increase fundraising, grant writing, and reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership and Representation<br \/>\n&#8211; Supervises the entire arts team, currently consisting of an Arts Manager and an Artist in Residence.<br \/>\n&#8211; Represents the organization at meetings as needed.<br \/>\n&#8211; Participates fully in the organization\u2019s annual events such as Three Kings Day, Membership Drive, Board Election, Festival Betances, and other community-related events.<br \/>\n&#8211; Carries out ad hoc duties as needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Arts Administration, or a related field preferred.<br \/>\n&#8211; Three to five years of proven successful experience in: planning, managing and implementing arts programs activities, staff management, fundraising, budget development\/financial management and strategic planning.<br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent verbal and written communications skills.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bilingual, Spanish-English, preferred.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong administrative, organizational skills and attentive to details.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience with program evaluation, data collection and analysis.<br \/>\n&#8211; High degree of computer literacy with excellent knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software application required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION<\/strong><br \/>\nIBA is proud to offer very competitive $98,800 salary, commensurate with experience, and a robust benefit plan that includes an 80\/20 premium cost share for comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance; a generous HRA provided by the company ($9,450 or $18,900 based on single and family coverage) and other built in supports that significantly reduces or eliminates out of pocket medical expenses.
