RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
\nArts Program Development and Management
\n– Develops and implements the Arts program business plan.
\n– Develops and oversees year-long programming for the IBA Arts Program, including flagship summer events: Festival Betances and Tito Puente Latin Music Series.
\n– Develops arts placemaking activities and initiatives in La CASA and Villa Victoria.<\/p>\n

Partnership and Collaboration
\n– Fosters arts and cultural relationships to cultivate external partnerships and collaborations.
\n– Maintains partnerships with local colleges, organizations, and artists to help produce high-caliber arts programming.
\n– Works collaboratively with IBA Program Directors and the Chief Program Officer (CPO) to integrate arts into IBA\u2019s programs.
\n– Collaborates with IBA\u2019s staff to promote programmatic objectives within our organizational mission.
\n– Collaborates with the communications department to promote the program and events<\/p>\n

Reporting and Data Management
\n– Maintains data collection, tracking, and reporting regarding artists, clients, audience participation, referrals, and program outputs\/outcomes.
\n– Prepares necessary management reports for IBA\u2019s Board of Directors, funding sources, Finance, and others as needed.<\/p>\n

Financial Oversight and Revenue Generation
\n– Ensures contracting and outsourcing compliance with financial, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements related to licenses.
\n– Develops, implements, and oversees strategies to increase revenue through space rentals and ticket sales.
\n– Works closely with IBA\u2019s CEO, COO, CFO, and Chief Program Officer to build a realistic and sustainable budget and develop specific performance measures.
\n– Works with the Chief Program Officer and Chief Philanthropy Officer to increase fundraising, grant writing, and reporting.<\/p>\n

Team Leadership and Representation
\n– Supervises the entire arts team, currently consisting of an Arts Manager and an Artist in Residence.
\n– Represents the organization at meetings as needed.
\n– Participates fully in the organization\u2019s annual events such as Three Kings Day, Membership Drive, Board Election, Festival Betances, and other community-related events.
\n– Carries out ad hoc duties as needed.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Arts Administration, or a related field preferred.
\n– Three to five years of proven successful experience in: planning, managing and implementing arts programs activities, staff management, fundraising, budget development\/financial management and strategic planning.
\n– Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
\n– Bilingual, Spanish-English, preferred.
\n– Strong administrative, organizational skills and attentive to details.
\n– Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines.
\n– Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
\n– Experience with program evaluation, data collection and analysis.
\n– High degree of computer literacy with excellent knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software application required.<\/p>\n

COMPENSATION<\/strong>
\nIBA is proud to offer very competitive $98,800 salary, commensurate with experience, and a robust benefit plan that includes an 80\/20 premium cost share for comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance; a generous HRA provided by the company ($9,450 or $18,900 based on single and family coverage) and other built in supports that significantly reduces or eliminates out of pocket medical expenses. We offer a 403b plan with annual employer contribution, and generous paid time off and free parking (limited availability).<\/p>\n
