As an internationally-acclaimed company, Boston Ballet is ever-evolving and innovating to stay relevant and ahead of the curve\u2014in our business model, our repertoire, our education, and our engagement with our community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff time of the Annual Giving Officer is distributed as 50% focused on the Benefactors\u2019 Circle and 50% supporting Friends, Young Partners, and E. Virginia Williams Visionaries\u2019 Circle programs<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the annual solicitation of Benefactors\u2019 Circle donors, including creating solicitation plans, drafting and tracking renewals, acquisitions and upgrade appeals, and providing high touch customer service and stewardship at the highest level<\/li>\n<li>Work with integrated Advancement teams on developing and maintaining a strong patron-donor pipeline and increasing the visibility of the Benefactors\u2019 Circle, with an aim to strategically grow the program<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to Giving Circle events from conception to execution, including ownership of the Benefactors\u2019 Circle events in partnership with the Director of Special Events in planning season calendar, event format, program, and staffing; manage special invitations and follow up; track and promote attendance in Tessitura, attend events and manage on site setup, execution, and breakdown<\/li>\n<li>Oversee branding, set up, and staffing of the E. Virginia Williams Lounge at the Citizens Bank Opera House and build rapport with donors utilizing the space.
