He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre: Performance from Salem State University.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen brings nearly a decade of experience building bridges between creative vision and the operational structures that make the vital work of non-profit arts and education work possible. His background spans live theatre, education, donor engagement, and large-scale operations for a commercial co-working space<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of his work is a deep belief that the future of the arts depends on our willingness to evolve. The shift to a corporate role has been an intentional step away to understand what theatre can learn from modern technology and business practices in service of building a sustainable model for future generations. He is excited to return to his roots to bring this experience back to the arts.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of class and work you can find Stephen hiking in the Middlesex Fells, watching the latest Harlan Coben mystery on Netflix, and cooking up some homemade soup.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I chose BU to integrate my experience with industry knowledge through academic rigor and professional relationships.
