Jason E. Grossman (AR 751 \u2013 Commercial Production: The Broadway Model) is a Tony and Olivier award-winning theatrical producer. Current productions include the new West End musical\u00a0Kathy and Stella Solve a Murder\u00a0<\/em>(co-producer on UK tour), the Tony nominated and Olivier Award-winning musical\u00a0Come From Away<\/em>\u00a0(Broadway, Toronto, North American Tour, West End, and Australia) and the musical\u00a0Romantics Anonymous\u00a0<\/em>which premiered\u00a0<\/em>at\u00a0Shakespeare\u2019s Globe\u00a0in the fall of 2017, and\u00a0was produced at Bristol Old Vic in 2020 in anticipation of a North American tour. Recent productions include\u00a0Shear Madness<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike<\/em>\u00a0(winner of the 2013 Tony, Drama Desk, NY Drama Critics, Drama League, and Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Play), as well as\u00a0Nevermore \u2014 The Imaginary Life and Mysterious Death of Edgar Allan Poe<\/em>\u00a0(nominated for three 2015 Lortel Awards including Outstanding Musical). Jason\u2019s other producing credits include the Broadway and National Tour engagements of\u00a0Peter and the Starcatcher\u00a0<\/em>(winner of 5 Tony Awards) and\u00a0The Pee-wee Herman Show,\u00a0<\/em>and the Olivier Award-nominated West End production of\u00a0Lend Me A Tenor The Musical<\/em>, a musical comedy based on the international hit play by Ken Ludwig.<\/p>\n Jason has worked for\u00a0Scott Sanders Productions\u00a0(The Color Purple, and\u00a0<\/em>Disney film\u00a0The Odd Life of Timothy Green)<\/em>.\u00a0 Prior to that, he was with\u00a0Eric Krebs Productions\u00a0as the Coordinating Producer of\u00a0Laughing Liberally<\/em>\u00a0(Off-Broadway, Los Angeles, Boston and Las Vegas) and\u00a0Will Durst: The All-American Sport of Bipartisan Bashing<\/em>\u00a0(New World Stages, NYC).<\/p>\n Jason teaches Commercial Producing at Boston University, and previously has taught at Emerson College and New York Institute of Technology (Arts Leadership in Entertainment program) and has been a guest speaker for Brooklyn College (Graduate Performing Arts Management program), University of Michigan (Department of Theatre & Drama)\u00a0and\u00a0Worcester State University.
