This year we're celebrating "Food Holidays" every month across campus. What we'll do is highlight a food item or drink and showcase that item during a meal period or for the entire day for you to enjoy. November 6th is Irish Nachos Day, okay, now I think they are just making up recipes...what? That really exists? Oh, crispy potatoes topped with melted cheese, bacon, tomatoes, peppers and sour cream, now that sounds heavenly. So I guess we'll see you on the 6th for this Food Holiday that could be one of the greatest holidays of all time.
