Stephen Meuse, longtime wine columnist for the Boston Globe, commentator on America’s Test Kitchen, and team member of Central Bottle Wine + Provisions, returns to Boston University to engage in two spirited evenings focused on wine and thoughtful discussion. Attend one or both evenings, and experience one of the country’s most established authorities on wine. This evening of tasting and considering wine includes (i) an introduction to the emerging category of wines made in a self-consciously naturalist style, with several examples to taste; (ii) a look at how a culture of wine took shape in the ancient world, and how it still influences the way we use and think about wine today; and (iii) a wide-open Q&A/discussion on wine subjects.
