Certified Specialist in Wine, Wine Studies lecturer, and Le Cordon Blue London graduate Beth Ann Dahan shares her remarkable story of establishing and opening her own vineyard in the fertile winemaking region of Central Otago, New Zealand, renowned for its pinot noir grapes. Dahan will share images of the vineyard she and her husband founded in 2011, and describe how they turned their dream into a reality. She will also lead a tasting of some of the wines from their line, Twelfth Night, paired with light refreshments.
