What?
Yappier Hour at The Liberty Hotel, a dog-friendly social hour with refreshments and music.
When?
Wednesdays at 5:30 pm through October.
Where?
The Yard, The Liberty Hotel’s outdoor patio at 215 Charles St., Boston. To get there via MBTA, take the Red Line to the Charles/MGH stop or take the Green Line to Government Center and enjoy a 15-minute walk through scenic Beacon Hill.
How much?
Yappier Hour is free to attend, and open to the public. Food and drink from CLINK are available to purchase. There will also be a variety of local vendors offering dog-friendly gifts and treats.
Why should I go?
For five years, The Liberty Hotel, a boutique Beacon Hill hotel built on the site of the former Charles Street Jail, has been hosting Yappier Hour, a dog-friendly happy hour open to hotel guests and local pet owners alike. If you’re looking to meet fellow dog lovers, or simply enjoy the company of some furry friends after a long day at work, head over to The Yard, where you can enjoy a cocktail and a bite from CLINK, the hotel’s bar and restaurant. Better yet, as you check out some dog-friendly treats and gifts from a variety of local vendors, you’ll be treated to tunes from DJ Skoolyahd.
One more thing: this event is hosted by the hotel’s very own director of pet relations, Benny Fischer. But you won’t find this executive on LinkedIn, because Benny is actually an adorable English cream golden retriever, who’s been welcoming four-legged friends to The Liberty Hotel since 2023.
