There are 2 comments on Nicotine Gummies: The Next Public Health Crisis

  1. Interesting interview. Largely missing, outside of the marketing, is a question as to what personal circumstances lead young people towards seeking nicotine products. Moreover, how is this preventable. See Gabor Mate’s In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts.

  2. Good to see an article drawing attention to the concerns of nicotine use in youth. The article repeats that nicotine is “extremely harmful for the developing brain”, but the only harm listed to the brain is nicotine dependence. It doesn’t even touch on the harm to lungs from vaping. Information about the harm needs to be expounded upon more, with descriptions on how that changes function, maybe even with visual diagrams if it is to be significantly persuasive.
