    Sophie Yarin is a BU Today associate editor and Bostonia managing editor. She graduated from Emerson College's journalism program and has experience in digital and print publications as a hybrid writer/editor.   1. Consideration of therapeutics is fine, but, for a more complete picture, it would also be helpful to discuss modes of transmission (see CDC website concerning monkey pox).

  2. I’d like to hear what other “groups” are positive for monkey pox. When I hear children have tested positive I worry about the beginning of school and transmission.
    I would like to hear more detail about modes of transmission so far and certainly more about how to protect from it other than a scarce vaccine. Thank you.
