This weekly yoga and mindfulness practice is a great way to get your endorphins flowing while catching some late afternoon sun.
Class instructor Jessalynn Hudgins received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Bali Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia, and trained under teachers from the Himalayan Yoga Association in Rishikesh, India, according to her website. She strives to create an enriching mind-body experience for all attending, regardless of experience levels.
During the session, you can expect to build on what she considers the foundations of yoga—breathing and mindfulness—as she guides you through breathing practices and meditations that will help alignment and posture as you go through your flow.
Hudgins hosts this opportunity through her company Whole Health Wellness, a workplace wellness concierge service that offers a holistic approach to all things yoga, and creates customized employee wellness programs. Whole Health Wellness also hosts online and in-person classes on fitness, mindfulness, and meditation, nutrition counseling and workshops, healthy cooking demos and “lunch and learns,” health coaching, workplace wellness challenges, and corporate wellness retreats, according to the website.
