Papers. Projects. Midterms. Suddenly it seems like everything’s due at once. Juggling your academics can be daunting, especially for students new to college.
We reached out to student vlogger Amit Bhatia (Questrom’24) and asked him to share what’s worked for him after his first freshman semester. In the video he offers tips for staying organized, developing good study habits, and the importance of mixing up your study spaces.
The Kilachand Honors College student is majoring in business and minoring in history and plays drums in the BU Jazz Band—oh, and he has his own production company. So he’s found out the importance of making time for yourself, for your friends, for the interests and passions you have outside the classroom.
“Keeping a balance is being productive,” Bhatia says. “Allow yourself to be human, allow yourself to take time, allow yourself to enjoy college.”
Check out Amit’s Youtube Channel for his other vlogs, and look out for more videos by guest student vloggers on BU Today in the coming weeks.
