  1. Thank you Amy and Kevin for doing what you do. Students need good, nutritious food and they need to know that someone cares about them. You and your teams are the best!

  2. Thanks so much for taking care of this in such a thoughtful manner, especially when the students are out of their usual routine and may not be feeling well. We (parents and students) greatly appreciate the efforts of your staff and wish you all a happy Thanksgiving!!

  3. This is one of the reasons BU has been such an amazing experience for our soon to graduate senior. Thank you Amy and the catering team for your care, flexibility, and willingness to make adjustments along the way.

  4. It is nice to see Amy and her team recognized for their amazing work serving students! She and Jen Skikas took great care of me and my staff as we worked on campus through the spring and summer of the pandemic, when there were few options for meals in the area. We got to try out some of the terrific grab and go boxed lunches that they rolled out in the fall. Thanks for doing such great work BU Dining Services!

  5. Thank you to Amy and the other people working so hard to keep students fed and safe. I am glad that you are getting this well-deserved recognition. Please know how much you are appreciated.

  6. Feeding the quarantined is an impressive feat. I’m glad the students are appreciative. The article was also jam packed with info. Awesome that BU is among only 6% of schools that require regular testing of students. It’s great there have been no major outbreaks and everyone has been able to get thru the semester.

  7. Thank you to Amy and the Catering on the Charles team – I loved seeing this fitting testament and highlight of a wonderful staff, who always come through and the serve the BU community with poise and grace. You make a difference in the lives and experience of all students, and you are appreciated!

  8. My son just got out of 11 days of quarantine and I would love to thank Amy and all who participate in this! He’s a very quirky eater so he told me he spoke to someone who asked him what he likes and every 2 days they delivered everything he asked for and more! It made his stay so much more comfortable! Thank you again

  9. Wonderfully written article showcasing a talented, thoughtful, and committed campus leader. Thank you, Amy and thanks to your talented team! You bring sunshine to so many people’s days, it’s no surprise that you’re having such a positive impact on the students who really need the extra care. So proud of you and the whole team from Catering on the Charles/BU Dining Services.
