Favorite Decision Day Moments of Joy from Members of #BU2023
Incoming Terriers share excitement at being accepted at BU on Instagram and Twitter
On Saturday, March 23, thousands of high school seniors around the globe rushed to open their inboxes, hoping to see a message from Boston University. Those who did saw these words from John McEachern, director of admissions: “Congratulations! On behalf of the Board of Admissions, I am excited to welcome you to the Boston University Class of 2023.” Many of those newly minted Terriers wanted to share their news immediately, screenshotting themselves decked out in BU gear and posting their accomplishment on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag that will define their next four years: #BU2023.
Congratulations, Terriers! Welcome to your new home away from home, where another hashtag will also soon be a part of your life: #ProudtoBU.
