The main focus of the collections is on archaeological and remote sensing materials. We also provide reference, reserve, and photocopy services. Visit us at 675 Commonwealth Avenue to access the collections.<\/p>\n<p>The library is located in the College of Arts and Sciences Stone Science Building, 675 Commonwealth Avenue, 4th Floor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/library\/help\/visiting-the-libraries\/\">Visiting other Boston University Libraries.<\/a><\/p>\n<article role=\"main\" id=\"post-427\" class=\"post-427 page type-page status-publish hentry\">\n<h3>Libraries at Boston University<\/h3>\n<h4><b>Fineman and Pappas Law Libraries<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/lawlibrary\/\">Fineman and Pappas Law Libraries<\/a> support the research needs of the School of Law faculty and students, along with other legal researchers at BU. Library holdings include federal and state primary legal materials; major serials, treatises, and other secondary materials; legal documents and reports; and international law materials.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center (HGARC)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/dbin\/archives\/\">HGARC<\/a> is a major resource for researchers, biographers, historians, producers, and students. The collections vary in size and content and contain a variety of manuscripts, drafts, galleys, notes, notebooks, journals, diaries, scrapbooks, reviews, photographs, memorabilia, and personal and professional correspondence.<\/p>\n<h4><b>AsianArc (formerly The International Center for East Asian Archaeology &amp; Cultural History Library)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The AsianArc Library is comprised of over 10,000 books and journals, 12,000 photos and slides, and a collection of several thousand maps of Asia. Library holdings feature an extensive and up-to-date collection of book and journal titles in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian archaeology, art history and ancient history, as well as important selections pertaining to other areas of East, Southeast, and Central Asia, and in the fields of anthropology, ethnography, literature, and philosophy. Although the Library is currently non-circulating, visitors are welcome to place books on personal reserve while engaged in current research by contacting Professor Robert Murowchic (<a href=\"mailto:remurow@bu.edu\">remurow@bu.edu<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h4><b>Mugar Memorial Library<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>As BU\u2019s main humanities and social sciences library, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/library\/mugar\/index.shtml\">Mugar Memorial Library<\/a> provides resources for study, teaching, and research, and houses the African Studies and Music Libraries, the HGARC, the Martin Luther King Reading Room, the PAL Study Lounge, the Common@Mugar, and the Krasker Film\/Video Services collection.<\/p>\n<h4><b>School of Theology Library<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sthlibrary\/\">Theology Library<\/a> encourages the pursuit of personal and academic research in all stages of life.
