Program Withdrawal and Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued to participants who withdraw from the program at least seven days prior to the scheduled orientation date. A limited refund of 50% of the program fees may be issued to participants who withdraw fewer than seven days prior to orientation, but before the program has begun. Once the ICCR program has started, partial refunds may be considered only for participants who withdraw after orientation and on or before the end of the third week of the program. In such cases, participants may be eligible for a refund of up to 25% of the program fees. No refunds will be granted after the third week except in documented extenuating circumstances, including medical or other exceptional situations. Requests must be submitted in writing to brainrec@bu.edu and are subject to program review and approval. These limited refunds are in place in large part due to the ICCR program’s limited enrollment capacity each session, where a withdrawal may leave a vacancy that cannot be filled on short notice.
