Program Withdrawal and Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued to participants who withdraw from the program at least seven days prior to the scheduled orientation date.

A limited refund† of 50% of the semester’s fees will be issued to participants who withdraw fewer than seven days prior to the orientation but before the semester’s program has begun.

Should a program participant decide to withdraw from the program on or after the semester orientation, a limited refund* of 25% of the semester’s fees will be granted and issued to the participant.

All withdrawal requests should be made in writing to brainrec@bu.edu

†These limited refunds are in place in large part due to the ICCR program’s limited capacity of enrolled students per semester, where a withdrawal from the program leaves a vacancy in program enrollment that cannot be offered to another interested student on such short notice.
