Sample descriptions of our weekly groups are provided below.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Please complete the <a href=\"\/aphasiacenter\/files\/2026\/04\/BU-ARC-Summer-2026-Registration.docx\">BU ARC Summer 2026 Registration <\/a><span>to <strong>enroll by May 11th <\/strong>for full consideration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Weekly Groups<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>To join a group, each participant must provide the Center with emergency contact and medical information. Please download all of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"\/aphasiacenter\/files\/2010\/05\/Emergency-Contact.pdf\">Emergency Contact form<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/aphasiacenter\/files\/2019\/12\/Client-History-Form-2019.doc\">Client History form\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/aphasiacenter\/files\/2016\/09\/BU-ARC-Consent-Form.pdf\">Consent to Treat form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please consider supporting the Center with a charitable gift.
