We offer weekly groups per semester, each focusing on a specific interest or goal. The Aphasia Community Group, our long-standing support group, holds meetings twice each month.\u00a0 Some of our groups are offered online via HIPAA secure telehealth.\u00a0<strong> In accordance with Massachusetts regulations, participants\u00a0must be within Massachusetts to participate.\u00a0 For more information about this regulation, please see a recent note from our clinic director here:<\/strong> <a href=\"\/aphasiacenter\/files\/2025\/08\/Telehealth-Letter_V2.docx\">Telehealth Update<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Participating in one or more of our groups can help people with aphasia gain skills, strategies, connections and confidence. We document each client&#8217;s participation on a weekly basis and prepare a treatment summary at the end of the semester. These materials become part of the client&#8217;s permanent record.<\/p>\n<p>We also offer individualized treatments and comprehensive evaluations.<\/p>\n<p>All services are offered at <strong>no cost<\/strong> to the participant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Aphasia Resource Center offers two kinds of group programs.
