I am a medical student at Boston University, where I also help to develop clinical machine learning algorithms in the Department of Computational Biomedicine. The privilege of caring for underserved patients while conducting research in artificial intelligence pushes me to think about potential sources of discrimination in digital health and technical solutions to them.
