She received her Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s degrees in biology from Clark University in Worcester, MA and her Ph.D. from Boston University in 2023. For her dissertation <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">&#8220;Investigation of the Life History, Male Bimaturism and Sex Differences of Orangutans,&#8221;<\/span>\u00a0she examined the body composition of orangutans. In particular, she is interested in the sex differences of muscle and fat mass in orangutans. Additionally, she investigates differences in the life histories of the great apes examining questions like: what is their average age at first birth?
