Anthro majors Katrina Tronco, Naomi Alexander, Poppy Livingston & Birdie Gile win BUCH awards
Anthropology majors Katrina Tronco, Naomi Alexander, Poppy Livingstone, and Birdie Gile won undergraduate student awards from the BU Center for the Humanities. The center awarded only twenty-two undergraduate students this year across the humanities departments, so the Anthropology Department is proud to have four of its students honored.
Katrina Tronco was awarded The Edwin S. and Ruth M. White Prize. Naomi Alexander, Poppy Livingstone, and Birdie Gile were awarded The Alice M. Brennan Humanities Award.
Katrina Tronco and Birdie Gile attended the ceremony to accept their award in May. They are pictured below.
