Patients and families are invited to attend.<\/p>\n<p>Patient Day will give patients and families an opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Meet doctors working on amyloid diseases who will be in town<\/li>\n<li>Ask questions to doctors and health care professionals<\/li>\n<li>Visit an amyloid research laboratory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Place<br \/>\n<\/strong> Boston University School of Medicine, 80 E. Concord Street, Hiebert Lounge on the 14th floor in Boston University School of Medicine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration<br \/>\n<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/amyloid\/files\/pdf\/patients-day-registration-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Download registration form in PDF<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hotel information<br \/>\n<\/strong> A block of hotel rooms are reserved at the Comfort Inn in Dorchester.
