Nicole Stephens is a Development Manager with the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), where she leads real estate initiatives with a strong focus on affordable housing and community-oriented public-realm improvements. Growing up as a military brat helped shape her adaptability and public-service mindset.<\/p>\n
She joined Massport after serving as a Lowell Richards Fellow and has since contributed to major placemaking and waterfront initiatives across Boston. Nicole\u2019s passion for housing and equitable development is rooted in her academic and professional path, which includes eight years working in the Massachusetts Legislature in policy and leadership roles\u2014 including Executive Director of the Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators and Chief of Staff for then House Chair Jay Kaufman.
