She then completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from SDA Bocconi University in Italy and Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management, New York, USA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She further completed the following executive education programs from Cornell University, New York, USA: Financial Management (2004), Master Certificate in Essentials of Hospitality Management (2006), Master Certificate in Foodservice Management (2008), Hospitality Marketing (2008) and Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition (2009), \u201cWellness Counseling\u201d (2021), \u201cNutrition and Healthy Living\u201d (2021), \u201cDigital Photography\u201d (2021), \u201cBusiness Law\u201d (2021), \u201cWines of France\u201d (2021) and Harvard University Medical School\u2019s HMX Fundamentals program including Immunology and Pharmacology (2021).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She completed various culinary education on International Cuisines both in Turkey and abroad including Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School. She executed many educational programs in Istanbul, Germany and France with world famous chefs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Asl\u0131han Koruyan Sabanc\u0131 started her career in 1998 in the United States of America in Johnson &amp; Johnson Family of Companies Medical Devices and Diagnostics. She took many different upper managerial positions with Johnson &amp; Johnson Ethicon, Inc. and Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. in New York, New Jersey, Cincinnati and Istanbul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Asl\u0131han Koruyan Sabanc\u0131 started writing her books since 2010. She completed three books on health and nutrition which she wrote both in English and Turkish. She published her first book in 2011.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 2012, she won the \u201cBest Health and Nutrition Cookbook in the World\u201d Award at the 17th International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in Paris, with her first cookbook Gluten Free Mediterranean Cuisine-Invaluable Recommendations for a Healthy Immune System.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 2016, she won \u201cBest Diet Book in the Word\u201d award for Lifestyle Body and Soul by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in China, with her second book Health and Beauty Home Remedies Natural Recipes- Recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 2017 she won\u201d Best Mediterranean Cookbook in the World\u201d award by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in China with her third book \u201cMediterranean Gourmet Cuisine For Children Healthy Natural Lifestyle from Baby to Adulthood\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 2020 she won \u201cBest of the Best 25 Years Award\u201d by Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in the following categories with her three books: \u201cBest Health and Nutrition Cookbook\u201d, \u201cBest Diet Book\u201d, \u201cBest Mediterranean Cuisine Book\u201d and was displayed at the Alfred Nobel Bjo\u0308rkborn Museum in Sweden with the best cookbooks of past 25 years at the \u201cInternational Cookbook Exhibition\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 2023, she won \u201cBest Diet Cookbook in the World Award\u201d by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in Sweeden with her fouth book \u201cGluten Free and Sugar Free Gourmet Cuisine Desserts And Saltines\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 2023, she won the second place in the \u201cBest Book of the Year Award\u201d category by International World Gourmand Cookbook Awards, held in Sweeden with her fifth book \u201cNature\u2019s Therapeutic Recipes\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Asl\u0131han Sabanc\u0131 is the founder and CEO of Asl\u0131han Koruyan Sabanc\u0131 Wellness and serves at the Sedes Holding as the founding shareholder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2003.
