the BU community in the United Kingdom through meaningful programs, services, and dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>The Council will work with BU\u2019s Advancement team to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>facilitate activities that strengthen the relationships among BU alumni, parents, and friends in the region<\/li>\n<li>promote Boston University in the UK and serve as ambassadors of the university by spreading awareness of its accomplishments and initiatives<\/li>\n<li>create professional development opportunities through programming specifically designed for BU alumni based in the
