Live cooking demo with Chef Lincoln Fuge (SHA’05)
Join Lincoln Fuge (SHA’05) Head Chef at Present Company Public House in Washington, D.C. Chef Fuge will be doing a cooking demonstration of one of his famous chicken dishes that can easily be transformed into tortilla soup or tacos and his famous fresh muddled margarita.

About the Chef:
Lincoln Fuge is the executive chef of Present Company Public House. Chef Fuge brings over 20 years of culinary experience to his DC based Gastro Pub, with a background in numerous restaurants ranging from upscale to neighborhood on the both coasts.
Growing up in Nashville, Tennessee, Lincoln Fuge found his passion for hospitality and the culinary arts at an early age. At the age of 15 he found himself working in a restaurant and knew it was his passion. After graduating from Boston University, Fuge went on to earn his Certificate of Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America Greystone Campus.
Chef Fuge spent several years working in multiple locations for Celeberity Chef Todd English, before transferring to Los Angeles to be the Executive Chef of Beso Hollywood, a collaboration of Eva Longoria and Todd English. Following his time with Todd English, Lincoln moved on to head the culinary operations at Bottega Louie in Downtown Los Angeles, before moving on to work with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.
After a 10 year stint on the West Coast, Chef Fuge has come to DC to continue his culinary journey.
