Membership<\/h1>\n

AB membership is open to all full-time BU undergraduates.<\/span> Recruitment usually takes place at the beginning of each semester around Splash<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Based on the breadth and depth of requests we receive, we look for interested and qualified students from across the university who will embrace AB\u2019s mission<\/strong> of equitable need-based funding for all clubs on campus.<\/span>\u00a0 Members have the opportunity to gain experience in finance, budgeting, web design, public relations, <\/span>etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interested in becoming an AB member?<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n

To be considered, we require candidates to:<\/p>\n

  1. Fill out the interest form that will become available during our enact recruitment period in the beginning of each fall and spring semester. Pay attention to our Instagram and emails for updates!<\/li>\n
  2. Upon receiving and reviewing your interest form responses, we will invite you to 1-2 discussions where you’ll practice making funding decisions on sample funding requests with someone already on the board. We’ll be evaluating you during these discussions on how well you can critically think about these funding requests and determine whether they subscribe to our Funding Guidelines. We strongly encourage you to ask questions during the process.<\/li>\n
  3. Based on your performance during these discussions, we will invite you to a final interview with the entire Board. We will ask you questions to evaluate your interest and knowledge of guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
