this sugar and should be AVOIDED.

Yogurts – Non-fruit yogurts may contain fructose (vanilla, coffee). For example, Yoplait’s vanilla
yogurt does not list fructose; however, General Mills confirmed that fructose
falls under the category of ‘natural flavorings.’

Spices – Specifically, cinnamon, garlic, poppy seeds, or onion
should be ok.

Peanut Butter – Due to the high calorie and high protein content,
it’s a great source of nutrition for the ‘failing to thrive’
child, BUT MOST contain fructose.
