Join Us at an AIDA Symposium\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Join us to explore how GenAI is impacting teaching and learning across disciplines. Each event will have a theme and feature 2-4 faculty or academic leaders presenting examples of innovative AI use in their courses or work, followed by an open discussion on generative AI’s application and impact within the theme. Each symposium will have a moderator and conclude with a 30-minute networking session with refreshments. This series is presented in partnership with the Institute for Excellence in Teaching & Learning<\/a>. <\/span>We hope to see you there!<\/span><\/p>\n

In partnership with the <\/span>Institute for Excellence in Teaching & Learning<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>AIDA hosted a focused symposium where faculty explored the pedagogy of writing in higher education, including practical sessions on teaching the writing process both with and without AI. We dove into the practical challenges and creative opportunities, highlighting how faculty are thoughtfully integrating\u2014or intentionally working around\u2014AI to ensure students continue to write, explain, and persuade with their own unique voices.<\/span><\/p>\n

This event featured faculty from across BU\u2019s schools and colleges who explored the unique challenges and opportunities of AI\u2019s role in writing across disciplines.<\/p>\n
