Sydney Lea

Sydney Lea (author page at Amazon) is poet laureate of Vermont. His tenth collection, I Was Thinking of Beauty, was released this year by Four Way Books. His third book of naturalist essays, A North Country Life: Tales of Woodsmen, Waters, and Wildlife, is available from Skyhorse Publishing. He is the founder and for thirteen years editor of New England Review. His earlier collection of poems, Pursuit of a Wound, was a Pulitzer Prize finalist in 2001. He teaches at Dartmouth College.
