Mary Buchinger

Mary Buchinger is the author of two collections of poems, Roomful of Sparrows (Finishing Line Press, 2008) and Aerialist (Gold Wake Press, forthcoming). Her poems have appeared in AGNI, The Cortland Review, Diagram, Nimrod International, PANK, Salamander, Slice Magazine, The Massachusetts Review, and elsewhere. She has read her work at the Library of Congress and won the New England Poetry Club's Daniel Varoujan and Firman Houghton Awards. She holds a PhD in applied linguistics and is associate professor of English and Communication Studies at MCPHS University, Boston. (updated 6/2014)
