Arena Services


There are fifteen (15) public restrooms located throughout the Arena. Nine public restrooms are located on the Concourse Level, four public restrooms are located on the Entry Level and two public restrooms are located on the Event Level. All public restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. Please note: The restrooms with the greatest number of stalls are located behind Section 117 (Women's) and Section 119 (Men's)

Public Telephones

Two (2) public telephones are located off the Entry Level of the Arena near the lobby ticket office.

Drinking Fountains

Five (5) drinking fountains are located throughout the Arena. There are two drinking fountains on the Entry Level and there are three drinking fountains on the Concourse Level of the Arena.

Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)

Agganis Arena contains one ATM in the northeast section of the Concourse Level behind Section 101.


Parking lots are located within or immediately adjacent to the Arena (two surface lots-Lot C-1, Lot C-2-and two levels of structured garage parking under the Event Level floor-Lot A). There are additional parking spaces located in three parking lots within an easy five minute walk of the arena (Lot B, Lot D, Lot F). Please note all parking lots associated with the Arena -Lot A, Lot B, Lot C-1, Lot C-2, Lot D, Lot F- are pay lots. A parking map is available for

Public Transportation

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is commonly known as the "T" in and around Boston. This is the oldest subway system in the country. The MBTA includes subways, buses, commuter rail, commuter boat, and Para-transit service. The MBTA network reaches out of the immediate Boston area into such communities as Newburyport, Middleboro, Plymouth, and even Providence, Rhode Island. With convenient Green Line stops right at our door step the MBTA is another alternative you can consider when traveling to and from the Arena. Agganis Arena is located on the Green "B" Line. Please use the St. Paul or Pleasant Street stops.

First Aid

In the Southwest section of the Arena on the Concourse Level, behind Section 110, there is a First Aid Station. During all events certified EMT's will be available at this station to assist Guests with their medical needs. Guests in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest Agganis Arena employee for medical assistance. Agganis Arena is equipped with Automatic Emergency Defibbrilators (AED) for your safety and care.

Guest Services

In the Northeast section on the Concourse Level, behind Section 102, there is a Guest Services Office. Guest Services is staffed with knowledgeable personnel who can assist you with your various needs during an event at Agganis Arena.

Wheelchair Assistance

To arrange for wheelchair assistance please contact the Arena Management Office prior to the date of your event.

Lost & Found

Agganis Arena provides lost and found services for Guests at the Guest Services Office located on the Concourse Level behind Section 102. Items that are turned in to Lost & Found may be claimed at the Arena Management Office during regular office hours.
